Organic Pork - Binderay Farm

Local organic pork producer, Bondy from Binderay Farm has pork products available for purchase at the exclusive Lismore organic markets,  the Grafton markets held each Thursday and our very own Nymboida growers markets held each fortnight at the Nymboida Hall. Some of his pigs are rare breeds and  Bondy uses an old home recipe for curing his hams which you can sample before buying. All good reasons to support a local business.

Sounds great - which day/time is the Nymboida market?

Every second Sunday, this Sunday (28 April) in fact :) At the Nymboida Hall

PS Say g'day to Toni, my partner if you come up to the Markets and swap "war stories", reading your blog looks like we have similar goals !

Bah sorry have RFS training Halfway Creek 9 to noon, and coffee in Whoopi for the afternoon. Didn't realise my blog was linked. Will have to get to the Grafton market or the next Nymboida.

Maybe The Mothers Day Markets ? They are the biggest of the year, 12 May !

My partner is in the RFS as well, her training is in the PM though :)
